汇邦集团控股有限公司 宣布2023年第一季度业绩 中国及香港经济反弹提供巨大增长机会

• 2023年第一季度收入为1,110万美元，较2022年同期大幅增长533% 

香港- 纳斯达克上市、香港领先的一站式金融超市汇邦集团控股有限公司（AGBA），欣然宣布2023年第一季度的财务业绩，期内收入为1,110万美元，较2022年同比大幅增长逾5倍。  

2023年3月期间，AGBA集团录得过去三年内最多的新业务申请。 AGBA预期今年剩余季度集团将继续保持强劲增长。 AGBA集团对香港的经济反弹感到乐观，认为反弹有赖边境重新开放、内地游客的回归以及疫情后强劲的国内需求。 

2023年第一季度， AGBA 集团继续进行科技部署，在客户平台（client portal）和顾问工具方面持续提升客户体验。 在平台业务方面，AGBA集团引入10个新保险合作伙伴，新增170种以上新保险和投资产品至现时总共超过2千款金融产品；在分销业务方面，AGBA集团与三个新分销合作伙伴，以及一家大型本地银行签订合作协议使用One Platform环一平台服务。 同时，集团还启动了一个新的孵化分销渠道，与较小型的顾问团队合作。  

2023年4月，AGBA集团与新加坡的Sony Life Financial Advisors达成收购协议，继续推动AGBA集团的环球扩张计划，该公司为新加坡一家持牌金融顾问和保险经纪公司。 这一收购为AGBA集团在大湾区以外，扩展至东南亚的重要里程碑。 

同样在2023年4月，AGBA集团宣布了一项回购计划，最多回购100万股（最高价值1,000万美元）。 回购反映AGBA集团致力回馈股东，为股东带来价值，同时保持财务灵活性，以投资高增长机会。
