Fraudulent Calls, SMS, Emails and Promotional Materials

AGBA Group^# remind the public and our customers that AGBA Group would not send SMS or email messages with embedded hyperlinks directing customers to any website or mobile application to carry out transactions, or request for sensitive personal information (including login passwords and one-time-password) from customers. Few tips to bear in mind:

• Do not click any hyperlinks (or open the attachments) in any suspicious SMS or email messages
• Do not disclose sensitive personal information such as passwords or one-time password or input any personal information into any applications/ websites/ sales platforms you are directed to via embedded hyperlinks in SMS or email messages
• Do keep your login credentials and other personal information private and secure
• Do not provide personal information to any suspicious third parties

If you receive a call from someone who claims to be representing AGBA Group or OnePlatform Wealth Management Limited¹ (‘OWM’, ‘our’) in a manner that raises any doubt or suspicion in your mind, you may contact our Customer Hotline on (852) 3601 8000 to verify the caller’s identity or check from the telephone list provided for the phone numbers that are allowed by OWM to conduct Telemarketing.

1. Insurance and MPF schemes brokerage services are provided by OnePlatform Wealth Management Limited ( respectively an Insurance Broker Company with HKIA Licence No. FB1452 and Principal Intermediary with MPF Registration No. IC000579)

2. Fund products, portfolio management services are distributed and/or rendered by OnePlatform Asset Management Limited (a licensed corporation with SFC CE No. AFQ784)

3. Money lender business (including mortgage) are provided by OnePlatform Credit Limited (Money Lenders Licence Number 1138/2023).

4. Any estate agency business exclusively in relation to properties outside Hong Kong are provided by OnePlatform International Property Limited.
