With a view to develop future team leaders, we have a 24-month Management Associate Program for those with 5 – 8 years of working experiences.
The program will contain two rotations (12 months each) with incorporation of two action learning projects. Throughout the journey, our Management Associate will also have opportunities to conducting shadowing with senior leaders and be mentored. Such intensive interaction will enrich the learning and skill application.
This program aims to:
- Groom young talent in finance field to become future team leaders, leading small teams.
- Offer diverse experience for these young talents to exposure to different business segments.
