Pet Adoption Day
We were delighted to have LAP Lifelong Animal Protection Charity (LAP) as our guest speaker to do a sharing for our “Pet Adoption Day”. Through the sharing by a LAP volunteer, we learned how miserable conditions stray animals have been experiencing and how pet adoption could change the lives of animals.
To encourage employees to adopt instead of a purchase, we have launched a series of pet-friendly welfare measures, including additional holidays for pet adoption, pet bereavement leave and special discount on pet insurance. During the event, we also announced a donation of HKD$50,000 to LAP as a support and appreciation for their continuous work on saving stray animals and advocating pet adoption.
